Duties
Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
- Perform necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any related mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all service operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems and components.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience as a service technician or in property maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to refrigerate and weld as needed for system repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
