Your value to our team is twofold: your unmatched technical skill in the physical execution of high-end window fashions - including custom drapery, exterior shades, awnings, and pergolas - and your ability to replicate that skill in our next generation of apprentices.
The "Craftsman Partner" Compensation Model: We offer a Wholehearted Team Commitment where you are supported by a common mission and a reward system that reinforces high performance.
- Base Hourly Wage: Starting at $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, established based on experience and verified skill.
- Guaranteed "Client-Ready" Hours: Standard schedule is 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You are guaranteed pay for 8 hours per day for any day you are scheduled, even if the work is completed early.
- Saturday Premium: Work scheduled on Saturdays is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate, regardless of total weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities & Proprietary Protocols:
1. Mastery of Installation & Technical Precision
- Execute flawless installations of premium interior window fashions, custom drapery, and complex exterior solutions, including motor shades, awnings, and pergolas.
- Maintain absolute precision on architectural measurements and technical site assessments to ensure viability before the job begins.
- Operate with an "arsenal of first-rate tools" and state-of-the-art equipment, maintaining high standards for stewardship.
- Document every project with excellence using our specialized optimized videography and data-capture systems.
- Opportunities to stretch your skills to execution and management of general contracting projects.
2. The "Player-Coach" Philosophy

- Show-Do-Review Training: Utilize our proprietary three-step method—Show (demonstration), Do (side-by-side work), and Review (constructive feedback)—to develop the next generation.
- Unified Command: Serve as a champion for company goals, maintaining a positive voice and professional boundaries on-site.
3. Exceptional Client Service ("Client Wow")

- Conduct a "Red-Circle" Quality Audit, performing a final walkthrough with a physical checklist to ensure 100% satisfaction.
