Marketing Associate — Keller Williams Kansas City Metro Prairie Village Office (supporting our MO office as needed) Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Pay: $50,000–$90,000 (base + bonus opportunity)
About the Role
Keller Williams Kansas City Metro is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive brand presence, agent support, and recruiting growth across a ~320-agent brokerage. This role reports directly to our Market Center Administrator and will work closely with our Marketing Assistant to execute day-to-day marketing services for our agents and leadership team.
This is a hands-on, high-growth opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to build real skills in brokerage marketing, take on more ownership over time, and grow into a bigger leadership role as they prove themselves. For the right person, there's a clear path to earning the title of Director of Marketing. And if you're truly exceptional, we're open to offering that title right out of the gate.
What You'll Do
- Support and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Help produce and edit video content for social media, recruiting, and our podcast
- Build and manage a content calendar that supports recruiting, agent retention, and brand credibility
- Design and deliver on-demand marketing services for agents, including postcards, flyers, e-newsletters, listing guides, business cards, and more
- Assist agents with personal branding and marketing support, one-on-one
- Help maintain brand consistency across all agent and brokerage materials
- Track performance across campaigns and platforms, and look for ways to improve turnaround time and quality
- Work alongside our Marketing Assistant to keep projects moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Someone organized, creative, and eager to learn the ins and outs of brokerage marketing
- Comfortable with social media strategy, basic video editing, and design tools like Canva
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work
- Real estate or brokerage experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person
- Team player that enjoys working with people
Growth Opportunity
This role is designed to grow. As you build skill and take on more responsibility, there's a real path toward the Director of Marketing title, along with more strategic ownership over the branding of the company.
