Bebe Bitez is a fast-growing Farm-to-Preschool meal company based in Palo Alto, serving organic breakfasts, lunches, and snacks to children across the Bay Area. We use only the best ingredients—organic, locally sourced, and thoughtfully prepared—to create meals that nourish growing bodies and foster healthy eating habits from an early age.
We're looking for a Part-Time Baker to join our team and help create delicious homemade baked goods for preschool-aged children.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and bake a variety of scratch-made breakfast, lunch, and snack items
- Follow recipes and production schedules while maintaining high quality standards
- Support and learn from our Head Baker
- Assist with ingredient preparation and kitchen organization
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings
- Help maintain our commitment to exceptional quality and consistency

This position starts as a part-time role (3–6 hours per day), but for the right candidate there is strong potential to grow into a full-time position as our company continues to expand.
