Full Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping products to ensure our highest-volume facility maintains a clean, safe, and efficient operational flow.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a deep commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently to keep inbound and outbound shipments on schedule.
- Pick, pack, and sort orders accurately on racks, shelves, or in bins to maintain precise inventory control.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment to uphold strict safety standards.
- Report any operational discrepancies or issues promptly to the warehouse supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Requirement: Proven ability to lift heavy objects (at least 50 lbs) independently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or similar industrial experience is a plus.
- Active forklift certification or prior experience operating powered warehouse equipment is a plus (but not required—we will train the right candidate).
