Duties
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions swiftly and securely
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting warmly, answering questions, and assisting with menu items
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and accountability
- Maintain the stocking shelves, cabinets clean
Qualifications
- Previous cashiering experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for team support roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management
