Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Yanmar America is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our growing team at our Adairsville, Georgia headquarters. In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently, helping ensure that our dealers and customers receive the right parts on time.

- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care.
- Retrieve parts using pick tickets, bar code scanners, and proper lifting techniques.
- Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Repackage and kit parts as needed for specific customer requirements.
- Unload and stage incoming shipments; count and inspect incoming parts for accuracy.
- Store parts in designated locations using lift trucks or manual handling.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory checks.
- Use computer and RF scanning systems to track parts and process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, reporting any deficiencies.
- Support other warehouse team members and perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts picking (preferred).
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to operate a forklift, order selector, or stand-up reach truck (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must wear required PPE (safety toe shoes/boots and safety glasses).
- Regular, reliable attendance is essential.
