What you’ll do
● Greet, qualify, and consult with lot visitor while exemplifying our Core Values.
● Work inbound digital leads (phone/web/social) with rapid response and thoughtful follow‑up.
● Design buildings using our 3D Designer Software to match needs and budget.
● Guide buyers through payment options, permits/site prep basics, delivery, and post‑sale service.
● Merchandise the lot: signage, pricing accuracy, model freshness, and photo/social content that tells product stories.
● Maintain clean, accurate CRM data; forecast weekly pipeline and close dates.
● Guarantee smooth, professional customer hand-offs to the back office team.
● Be a culture carrier: share learnings, coach peers, and model feedback/ownership.
What you bring
● 3+ years in consultative sales (retail, home services, building materials, or autos/RV/trailers ideal).
● Track record of exceeding quota with strong pipeline discipline.
● High integrity, servant leadership mindset, and comfort working in a faith‑driven, feedback‑rich environment.
● Tech‑savvy (CRM, e‑signature, smartphone video/photos, basic spreadsheets).
● Willing to work Saturdays and lift up to ~50 lbs. as needed on the lot.
● Valid driver’s license; clean record.
What success looks like (KPIs)
● Units sold/month: 6-8 after 90‑day ramp.
● Lead response time: ≤ 5 minutes during business hours; 100% same‑day follow‑up.
● Close rate: 25–35% on qualified leads; healthy attach rates on options/add‑ons.
● Margin discipline: Careful store management to maintain profit margin while maintaining high CSAT/NPS.
● Process: 100% CRM hygiene; accurate quotes and signed agreements; on‑time delivery scheduling.
Compensation & perks
● Commission‑only, uncapped (plan: 3%
● Training and certification on product, sales process, and customer experience.
● Growth path to Senior Sales, Lot Manager, or Dealer Development.
