Punch Press Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Temp-to-hire (480 hours must be completed before getting hired on)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Punch Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC punch press equipment to cut, shape, and form metal parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC punch press equipment to cut, shape, and form metal parts.
- Load and unload materials into the punch press.
- Set up the machine and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges.
- Read and follow mechanical drawings and measurements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous punch press or CNC machine experience preferred.
- CNC machine setup and adjustment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift.
