What You’ll Do:
- Present and explain treatment plans in a confident, professional manner
- Follow up with patients to ensure treatments are scheduled and completed
- Provide top-quality customer service that builds trust and loyalty
- Track treatment acceptance and support office growth goals
- Contribute as a strong team player while leading by example
- Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks as needed
- Support front desk operations (scheduling, patient check-ins, billing/insurance)
- Be on time for daily huddles and actively contribute to team success
What We’re Looking For:
- Great customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor
- Driven, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Sales skills and leadership qualities are a big plus
- Previous dental office experience and familiarity with insurance/software preferred (but not required)
