What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking inbound calls and converting qualified prospects into paying clients
- Speak with prospective clients who have expressed interest in debt relief solutions
- Educate clients on available program options
- Building trust quickly and handling objections without hesitation
- Manage follow-up conversations through calls, texts, and email
- Working closely with team leads and management to maximize close rate
- Staying dialed in—this floor moves fast
What We’re Looking For
- Proven closer mentality (experience preferred, but mindset is everything)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to control a call
- High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Competitive nature—you don’t like losing deals
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
- Coachable, but not dependent
