Position: Baker / Back of House (BOH) Team MemberKey Responsibilities
- Prepare products and prioritize daily bakery production needs
- Follow proper labeling, storage, and food safety procedures
- Operate commercial mixers and baking equipment
- Execute recipes with precision and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (mopping, sanitizing, dishwashing, etc.)
- Follow opening and closing checklists
- Cross-train to support Front of House (FOH) operations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with a positive, friendly attitude
- Customer-service mindset
- Food service or bakery experience is a plus (not required)
