Duties
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce residents to our fiber optic internet services, emphasizing the advantages of fast, reliable connectivity
- Engage in warm calling and telemarketing efforts to generate interest and schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to address customer questions, overcome objections, and close sales effectively
- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and promote brand awareness within neighborhoods
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical features clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Follow up with potential clients via outbound calling to nurture leads and maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, especially in technology or telecommunications sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Ability to conduct outbound calling and telemarketing with confidence and professionalism
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to internet services and network technology is a plus
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, for effective communication
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development and market expansion
- Previous experience in inside sales or marketing campaigns is advantageous
