We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic early childhood education environment. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional growth.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Conduct child development assessments to monitor progress and tailor instructional strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Ensure classroom safety by adhering to health guidelines, including first aid and CPR procedures, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, classroom management techniques, and special education accommodations.
- Support children with diverse needs through early intervention strategies and specialized instructional techniques when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings.
- Knowledge of child development principles, childhood education standards, and mandated reporting laws.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management.
- Experience with special education needs, early intervention programs, and literacy education strategies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in childhood development or special education are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to create inclusive learning environments that support physical activity, math skills, and overall child welfare.
