We partner with top Arizona homebuilders to clear luxury model homes, bringing designer-exclusive furniture, artwork, and decor directly to our 12,000 sq ft retail showroom. Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable, careful, and energetic Warehouse & Moving Crew members to support our showroom operations, model home clear-outs, and staging projects. In this role, you will handle luxury furniture items, load and unload vehicles, set up floor displays, and participate in field operations.
Schedule & Hours:
- Standard Shift: Thursday through Monday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Consistent 40 hours/week).
- Flexibility: Occasional Tuesday and Wednesday work is required for large-scale model home pack-ups or rapid staging installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moving & Field Operations: Carefully wrap, pack, load, and transport luxury furniture, art, and accessories from model homes and staging sites into trucks, and unload them safely into our showroom.
- Showroom Display: Assemble, lift, move, and arrange furniture on our 12,000 sq ft retail floor according to staging layouts and management direction.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Warehouse Lead and staging designers on-site to execute flawless setups, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
- Warehouse Care: Keep the receiving area, warehouse, and showroom floor clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional moving experience (furniture moving, home staging assistant, or commercial relocation preferred).
- Language: Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are required to effectively coordinate with our diverse logistics crew, builder partners, and designers.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry heavy, bulky furniture items up to 75 lbs regularly (and more with team-lift assistance). Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic to maintain a strict Thursday–Monday schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Deep respect for high-end inventory, ensuring items, interior walls, and flooring are never scratched or damaged during shifts.
