What You’ll Do
- Provide care for patients with a wide range of emergent illnesses and injuries
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and initiate emergency interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to stabilize and treat patients
- Assist with procedures including EKGs, x-rays, and emergency treatments
- Develop and implement patient care plans in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license
- BLS required (AHA or Red Cross)
- ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke required within 3 months of hire (preferred upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year Emergency Room experience required
- ADN or higher in Nursing (BSN required within 5 years if ADN is highest degree held)
Schedule Options
Full-time (36 hrs/week)-PM and Night shifts
