Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Fleet & Asset Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate records for company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory. This position combines fleet coordination, computer/data entry, and hands-on warehouse duties.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using computer systems, and able to work in both an office and warehouse/yard environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFleet & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate, real-time records in Fleetio, Hilti ON!Track, and other tracking systems.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluids, tires, cleanliness, and overall condition.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
- Track and report vehicle damage, issues, repairs, and service needs.
- Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and job-ready.
- Identify inventory or tracking discrepancies and work to resolve them.
Administrative & Computer Duties
- Maintain accurate digital records for fleet, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Update tracking systems daily with current equipment and vehicle information.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Create reports and provide accurate information to management.
- Maintain accountability and accuracy across multiple tracking platforms.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Warehouse Duties
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.
- Pull and stage materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming jobs.
- Track tool assignments, locations, and availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.
- Use basic hand tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.
General Support
- Assist field crews with tool and material requests.
- Run occasional errands and material pickups.
- Assist with other warehouse, fleet, and operational duties as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, asset management, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience with Fleetio, Hilti ON!Track, or similar asset tracking software preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new software and tracking systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and correct discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical materials.
- Forklift experience or willingness to become forklift certified.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, yard, construction, or field-service environment.
Work Environment
- Combination of warehouse, office, and outdoor yard work.
- Regular exposure to outdoor conditions while inspecting and working with fleet vehicles.
- Physically active position requiring standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting field operations.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
