Seeking experienced caregivers; whether a CNA or a Resident Assistant to provide ADLs and medication administration to our residents. We have 2 buildings we will cross train you in. Must be self motivated and able to work together in a team setting as well. Applicant MUST have 6 months caregiving experience in LTC or AL settings. MUST also have all 4 of the Wisconsin CBRF certifications (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and Choking and Medication Administration certs). Fairhaven has 3 assisted living floors plus apartment living that allows residents to remain in their private apartments with services provided. Hearthstone Memory Care unit is a smaller home like atmosphere housing 24 residents; this unit houses our most high acuity of residents. We are seeking applicants who genuinely care for the well being of our residents.
CNAs $25.00 per hour / Resident Assistants $20.00 per hour
Full time hours only on all 3 shifts / OT available /
Day Shift (630 am - 300 pm)
PM Shift (230-11 pm)
Nights (1030 pm - 6:30 am)
Contract Times available: 10 and 12 week contracts ONLY
Drug free facility - passing urine drug test are conditions of employment
