```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment to complete construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

- Operate and maintain equipment such as bulldozers, dump trucks, graders, water trucks, and other heavy machinery
- Perform tasks such as embankment, excavation, and grading
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Valid commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement
- Ability to operate equipment such as Caterpillar machinery and other industry-specific tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
