Construction Project Manager

Ayars & Ayars Inc. is a design-build general contractor specializing in commercial construction. As we grow our operations in Lincoln, NE, we're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from concept through completion and help us continue delivering high-quality results for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Oversee project execution from concept through completion, keeping scope, schedule, and budget on track
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure projects stay aligned with expectations
- Develop innovative, customer-driven solutions to unique construction challenges
- Proactively partner with internal teams and external clients to keep projects moving smoothly
- Address the concerns and needs of employees and customers professionally and promptly
- Deliver timely, business-oriented results and feedback to stakeholders
- Assist with invoicing, job costing, and account follow-up
- Support marketing and business development efforts
- Represent Ayars & Ayars Inc. positively while upholding company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Timberline software a plus
- Working knowledge of masonry, concrete forming and finishing, and carpentry
- Basic accounting and job costing knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset
