Within Reach Healing is a growing, collaborative wellness center in Hinsdale, IL, offering a unique integrative care model.
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist in Illinois with advanced training in Somatic Therapy and/or EMDR to join our wellness team to work with kids and adults as an independent contractor.

We are building a truly collaborative, trauma-informed space where practitioners work as a team not in isolation to support clients holistically.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Somatic Therapy and/or EMDR to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with our holistic provider team
- Participate in a supportive team-based environment with natural referral flow
- Help build a connected community space for both clients and practitioners
- Keep all records and schedules in Jane.app that is provided
Qualifications:
- Licensed Therapist in IL (LCPC, LCSW)
- Advanced training in Somatic Therapy and/or EMDR
- Trauma-informed care experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor on a percentage split model
Compensation:
This is an independent contractor role on a percentage split model actual earnings vary based on caseload and experience. Estimated range $60,000–$120,000/year depending on client volume and contribution.
