What You'll Do
- As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners and businesses to educate them on ADT's industry-leading security and smart home solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Generate new sales through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities.
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers.
- Recommend customized security and smart home solutions.
- Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Represent AllPoint Protection and ADT with professionalism and integrity.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
Sales experience is helpful but not required.
Experience in home security, roofing, solar, telecommunications, pest control, retail sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Coachable
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build trust with customers
