Universal Home Lending is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage focused on building long-term relationships with top-producing real estate agents. We are looking for an energetic, competitive, and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become the first member of our outbound sales team.
This is not a customer service position. This is a sales role.
Your mission is simple: book qualified appointments with Realtors for our mortgage team. You will not be selling loans or discussing rates. Your job is to create opportunities that lead to long-term referral partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Make 100–150 outbound calls each day to licensed Realtors.
- Send follow-up emails, text messages, and LinkedIn messages.
- Build relationships with Realtors through consistent outreach.
- Qualify agents based on production, current lender relationships, and willingness to meet.
- Schedule appointments directly on our calendar.
- Maintain detailed notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Follow a proven outreach system and continuously improve through coaching.
Daily Performance Expectations
- 100–150 outbound calls
- 20+ meaningful conversations
- 5 qualified Realtor prospects
- 2–3 appointments scheduled
- 100% CRM accuracy
- Follow-up completed on all assigned prospects
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:

- Wants to grow into a sales leadership role.
Previous mortgage or real estate experience is helpful but not required. We will provide training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales, appointment setting, or SDR experience
- Cold-calling experience
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Real estate or mortgage industry knowledge (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
Compensation
Base Pay: Competitive hourly or salary (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
- Bonus for every qualified Realtor appointment held
- Additional bonus when a Realtor becomes an active referral partner
- Ongoing bonus for closed loans generated from your appointments

Within your first 90 days, you'll:
- Build a pipeline of hundreds of Realtor contacts.
- Schedule 25–40 qualified meetings.
- Help establish new Realtor partnerships.
- Become an essential part of our company's growth strategy.
