Job Summary
Equal parts computer-use and hands-on work to solve problems, find needed materials, and schedule production loads for efficiency, quality, and success.
A critical role connecting Customer Service and Production with scheduling, organization, and communication.
This role supports daily production operations by assisting with scheduling, maintaining work instructions, and communicating with Customer Service to help meet production goals and order deadlines.
The position also serves as a back-up to the Production Scheduler and helps monitor production flow, track orders, and coordinate between departments to keep processes on schedule.
Put your organizational skills to use.
Microsoft Excel and computer proficiency are required.
Having a passion for scheduling, organizing, and your team are also required.

Working Conditions
- Work in a production environment requiring standing for long periods of time.
- Work is carried out in a noisy and visually distracting environment.
- May be required to lift 70lbs or more.
- Near and far vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter and retrieve information using a computer.
- NYS or equivalent Driver’s License required.
- Moderate exposure to physical risks.
