We are seeking a General Dentist to join a high-performing, patient-focused dental practice in Pensacola, FL. 1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Florida dental license in good standing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with and lead a clinical support team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
- Ability to maintain strong patient relationships and deliver an excellent patient experience.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and provide comprehensive general dentistry services based on individual patient needs.
- Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment plans, and available care options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients through exceptional clinical care and communication.
- Lead and collaborate with the dental assistant, hygienist, and clinical support team.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and customer service.
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused practice environment.
