Own and grow your assigned Winchester territory across our Skilled Nursing Facilities
Build and strengthen referral pipelines with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and payors
Convert referrals into admissions through strong clinical positioning and responsiveness
Identify gaps in the market and create strategies to increase census and capture rate
Partner with facility teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution
Mentor and support business development efforts across the region
High visibility + real influence on census and growth strategy
Supportive leadership that understands post-acute and removes barriers
