Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $52,000–$58,000 (DOE) plus uncapped bonus potential

Some of what you’ll be doing:
- Partner with management to forecast recruitment needs.
- Ensure consistent flow of applicants through various sourcing methods such as internal ATS, internet database searches, job fairs, networking, referrals, social media, etc.
- Conduct daily recruitment activities ensuring a consistent flow of applicants and development of candidate pool.
- Evaluate and prescreen candidates through review of online applications and phone, virtual, and/or in person interviews.
- Complete hiring process on qualified candidates, ensuring required staffing levels for current and upcoming contracts are achieved.
- Assist occasionally with scheduling and scheduling updates as needed.
- Complete all documentation and data entry timely and in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Travel to satellite offices or community partners/ affiliates as needed for various recruitment activities.
A few profile essentials:
- Energy, hustle, and accountability
- Organization and ability to problem solve
- An instinct for collaboration and partnership; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically adept; sourcing tools such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS), resume databases, social media experience, and Office 365
- Two to three years’ prior related experience in Security or Staffing recruiting; two- to four-year degree in related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
