Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Revit Designer to join our dynamic design team! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and CAD software to develop precise, detailed 3D models and construction documentation. Duties
- Create detailed 3D models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD software tools.
- Develop schematic designs, technical schematics, and CAD documentation aligned with project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate conceptual ideas into accurate BIM models.
- Utilize building information modeling (BIM) tools to coordinate design elements across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
- Incorporate design revisions based on client feedback, code requirements, and project constraints while maintaining model integrity.
- Assist in the integration of CAD detailing with other 3D CAD modeling applications like SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks for comprehensive project delivery.
- Support construction teams by providing detailed schematics and drafting that facilitate seamless on-site implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Revit for architectural or engineering design projects.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks is a plus.
- Skilled in mechanical drafting, CAD documentation, and engineering CAD design processes.
- Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools and their application in construction projects.
- Experience with schematic development, CAD detailing, and mechanical design is highly desirable.
- Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction workflows enhances your fit for this role.
- Excellent drafting skills combined with attention to detail; ability to produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models efficiently.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
