Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support bridge records research and documentation activities.
Responsibilities:

Research and collect bridge-related records and documentation.

Review information from multiple systems and archived files.

Scan, organize, index, and maintain electronic documents.

Convert legacy files into PDF format.

Audit records for completeness and accuracy.

Document missing information and research findings.

Track daily production and assist with reporting.
Requirements:

Strong research and organizational skills.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with document management, records management, data entry, or administrative support.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
