Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day work week)
Salary: $24.00–$34.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
Hours: Candidates must be available to work until 8:00 PM up to three evenings per week.

Agape Unlimited is a state-certified outpatient substance use disorder treatment agency serving adults and adolescents. We provide Level 1 and Level 2.1 treatment services and are committed to helping individuals and families build healthier, substance-free lives.
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) or SUDP Trainee (SUDP-T) to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing counseling, case management, and support services to vulnerable and underserved populations.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct substance use disorder assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, family, and educational counseling.
- Deliver case management services.
- Complete clinical documentation and progress notes in the electronic health record (ReliTrax).
- Conduct file reviews and prepare monthly status reports.
- Assist with urinalysis (UA) and oral swab testing.
- Collaborate with courts, probation officers, medical providers, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Participate in community education and outreach as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Treatment Director.
Qualifications
- Active Washington State SUDP or SUDP-T credential required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of and commitment to patient confidentiality in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Culturally sensitive and compassionate when working with diverse populations.
- Belief that substance use disorder is a treatable health condition.
Employment Requirements
- Current Washington State SUDP or SUDP-T credential.
- Successful completion of required background checks.
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
