We are seeking an Entry Level Assistant Office Manager with a focus on cosmetic sales and patient experience. You’ll assist in managing the office, support the doctor, and play a key role in guiding patients through our cosmetic offerings. If you have a knack for sales, a love for helping people feel their best, and a sharp sense of organization, this is your chance to thrive.
What you'll do:
- Assist with day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Guide patients through our cosmetic services, offering consultations and recommending the best treatments.
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Vafaie during patient visits, balancing administrative and hands-on patient support.
- Drive cosmetic product and treatment sales, helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional atmosphere that keeps patients returning.
