Utopia Management is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Broker to head up our property management office in Henderson, NV. Broker must possess or be able to obtain a property management certificate for their license. This position is a great opportunity for self starters looking to manage and grow a property management branch. Utopia has twenty-three offices in four states and we are expanding an established portfolio in Fresno/Visalia to continue our growth. Although Utopia primarily manages single family homes and individual condos, we also manage apartment communities, student housing, office buildings, industrial buildings and commercial centers. Qualifications - Licensed Real Estate Agent / Branch Manager
- Must have a current Nevada Real Estate Broker's License
- Must obtain a Property Management Certificate
- Able to transfer license
- Lives in the Las Vegas with reliable transportation
- Three years minimum off site property management experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs, knowledge of AppFolio preferred.
- Organized, collaborative and multi-tasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional service orientation with positive attitude
- Active listening, patience, understanding and compassionate
Responsibilities - Branch Manager
- Provide quality customer service to owners and tenants (maintenance solutions, explaining statements, attend showings, respond to rental inquires and qualify screening)
- Strong lease enforcement and are available to meet Owner's on their schedule.
- Provide high quality service as that is why our clients choose us.
- This position reports to the Regional Manager while also getting assistance from various other departments throughout the Utopia organization.
- To develop and land new property management accounts with provided leads.
This is NOT an Onsite manager position.
