Exterior View Inc. a local landscaping company with over 30 years of experience in the landscaping construction field is accepting applications for experienced crew members/laborers. We are looking for hard working, punctual individuals with positive attitudes to help take our company to the next level. This is a full time seasonal labor position. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. Successful applicants will possess: honesty, professionalism and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, a variety of skills in the landscaping industry, experience with various equipment (bobcats, pay loaders, trucks with trailers, mowers etc.). Landscape experience is not required, but highly recommended.
- Job duties may include but are not limited to: mowing, string trimming, mulching, landscape, fertilization (RT's only), irrigation, snow removal etc
- Represent the company’s best interest & professionalism.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Punctuality and attendance are crucial.
- Keeping updated on industry standards.
- Attention to detail.
- Make decisions and adjust accordingly if plans change.
- Open communication with management.
- Responsible for day to day operations of teams. Including but not limited to: early arrival to make sure crews are ready for the day, maintaining a clean, organized and stocked trucks & trailers, perform routine maintenance of equipment.
- Supervise the work of crew members to ensure proper safety, quality and productivity daily.
- Inspect all work for quality to eliminate the need for return visit and re-work due to quality or customers satisfaction issues.
- Cross train in other departments to assist other crews if needed.
- Interviewing to start work for 2026 season
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
