Responsibilities:
· Greet and engage customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Assist customers with trying on some shapewear items.
· Utilize your strong interpersonal skills to assist customers with their shopping needs, offer product recommendations, and answer any inquiries.
· Maintain a neat and organized sales floor by regularly sweeping floors, clearing merchandise from the floor, and tidying up changing rooms.
· Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, neat, and organized for easy accessibility and an appealing shopping environment.
· Demonstrate clear and effective communication with customers and fellow team members, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
· Take accountability, show initiative, and take ownership of your tasks to contribute to the overall success of the team.
· Utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
· Have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability for scheduled shifts.
Requirements:
· Previous customer service, retail, and cashiering experience is preferred.
· Dress code requires a business casual attire and a neat, well-groomed appearance.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.
· Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
· A team-player mindset, collaborating effectively with others to achieve team goals.
· Willingness to stand, greet all customers, and assist them as needed.
