On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience and orthopedic expertise to support an established workplace injury prevention and wellness program in Fort Dodge.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite injury prevention and early intervention services
- Conduct musculoskeletal assessments
- Perform ergonomic observations and recommendations

Qualifications
- Active Iowa Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
- Orthopedic experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently
