What You'll Do
- Install, splice, inspect, and maintain fiber-optic infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and service issues at residential, commercial, and outdoor job sites.
- Complete accurate documentation for installations, repairs, materials, and equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and perform work at elevated heights using ladders.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening.
- Available to start on August 3rd 2026.
- Willing to travel to Clayton, Ohio, for paid training.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when business needs require.
