OAR Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join its Palos Heights, IL Office. OAR provides personal, partnership, and corporate accounting for a dynamic, entrepreneur-focused, but established high-net-worth international family. Qualifications:
- 5 years experience required in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and Journal Entries, more experience appreciated
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and comfortable with technology
- Self-starter, ability to identify issues and propose resolutions
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Work within an environment requiring a high level of confidentiality and privacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and successful experience working as part of a team
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform various bookkeeping duties such as data entry and categorization of expense transactions in QuickBooks
- Organize and digitally upload documents
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Assist with administrative duties as needed such a scheduling and filing
- Support accounting team by performing other duties and special assignments as required
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
