Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle different types of freight, dump trailers,van trailers, flatbeds. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo,
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo details.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Handle various types of freight
- Drive manuel trucks as required.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Manual Transmission
- Familiarity with different types of freight handling, including delivery driver experience.
- Experience operating dump trailers, or flatbed trucks ,and van trailers is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to truck driving and freight transportation.
- Excellent navigational skills with the ability to read maps and use GPS systems effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
