The Lodge at Mammoth Cave (MCNP ONP, LLC) operates a variety of Food Services, Retail, Lodging and Bus Transportation within the beautiful National Park! If you are looking for a unique place to work and have a passion for providing customer service, this is the spot for you this summer!
Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize and store items appropriately
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Organize items as they are cleaned, restock areas where items are stored
- Follow all procedures outlined for health and safety in accordance with company policies and follow proper use and storage of chemicals used to clean kitchen items.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting
- Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
