Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our bar service with passion and expertise, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional drinks and memorable hospitality. As a leader behind the bar, you will oversee daily operations, craft innovative beverages, and elevate our bar program to new heights. Duties
- Lead and mentor the bartending team to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient bar operations
- Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, and specialty drinks
- Manage all aspects of bar inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste control
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area while adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate beverage and food pairing experiences
- Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve service quality and drink presentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or upscale casual experience
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Previous food service or restaurant experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
