Love Pool Care is one of the premier, growing swimming pool service, repair, and custom renovation companies in The Valley of the Sun. We're continually looking for individuals who would like to develop a career with our company.
We're seeking an organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Manager to run the operational backbone of our service and repair teams — and to help drive our growing Amazon sales channel. This is a role for someone who takes real pride in a clean, accurately stocked warehouse and who also wants a hands-on role in e-commerce operations.
What You'll Own
Warehouse & Inventory
- Serve as the critical partner to our service and repair teams, ensuring parts, materials, and equipment are always stocked, staged, and ready for the job
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cataloguing — you'll know exactly what we have, where it is, and when it needs to be reordered
- Manage purchasing and ordering of materials, tracking lead times so techs are never waiting on parts
- Stage materials and equipment for scheduled jobs in advance, minimizing delays in the field
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe — a place we're proud to walk into every day
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments accurately
Amazon & E-Commerce Operations
- Act as a true partner to our E-Commerce Manager, supporting day-to-day fulfillment operations
- Pick, pack, and ship Amazon orders accurately and on time
- Identify and secure the best shipping rates using ShipStation
- Process returns and handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Help maintain inventory accuracy across our online sales channel

What Do We Need From You?
- Prior experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics — experience with a true inventory management system (e.g., Fishbowl, Cin7, NetSuite, Zoho Inventory) strongly preferred
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in stocking, cataloguing, and counts
- Comfort with Amazon Seller Central and ShipStation (or willingness/ability to learn quickly)
- Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain one
- A positive, professional demeanor with strong customer service instincts — you'll interact with customer complaints and returns directly
- Dependable and honest. Did we say dependable? :)
- Self-starter who can work independently without constant oversight. If you need to be micromanaged, please don't apply for this job.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle warehouse operations and e-commerce fulfillment
- Ability to lift materials and equipment as needed, and to operate warehouse machinery safely
- Valid AZ Driver's License. MVR must not have major red flags that would prevent you from being added to our insurance policy.
- Should not have any felonies. Background checks will be conducted.
