Andrew’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for experienced automotive technicians who take pride in their work and want to be part of a dealership that is investing in its people, equipment, and processes.

We Are Looking For:
- Master CDJR Technicians
- Chrysler Certified Technicians
- ASE Certified Technicians
- Experienced dealership technicians
- Experienced independent shop technicians with strong diagnostic and repair skills on multiple makes and models
Only experienced automotive technicians should apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Own professional tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality repairs.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality repairs the first time.
- Complete a thorough Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) on every vehicle.
- Communicate repair needs clearly with the service advisor.
- Document repair stories thoroughly.
- Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship.
