Title: Truck Driver Reports to: Shipping Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as required by law and as specified by the company.

Efficiently and safely pick up and deliver parts and or non production material.

Ensure proper loading and unloading of parts/material.

Ensure all documents related to inbound and outbound parts movement are properly completed and accurate when submitted.

Complete Inspection Report on daily basis and maintain log of daily trips.
-
Ensure that vehicle maintenance is performed per suggested maintenance schedule or as need arises.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.
Qualifications:
-
CDL Class A or B license
-
Clean driving record
-
Ability to safely operate a box truck or semi tractor
-
Ability to safely operate a forklift
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment where personal protection equipment is required; steel toe shoes/boots, safety glasses and ear plugs. Works indoor, and outdoor where temperatures could range from below freezing to above 100 degrees.

Minimum Requirements:

High school education

Two or more years experience driving a commercial truck with a clean driving record.
