Job Responsibilities:

Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet dealership sales goals.

Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards.

Greet customers and assists customers to identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs while ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience.

Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in the showroom and/or on test drives.

Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts.

Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
-
Provide complete reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale processes and at the time of delivery.

Engage in business development.

Address customer concerns.

Engage customers after a sale for follow-up.

Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team.

Job Qualifications:

Experience in sales a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person.
