Tri-Lakes Redi-Mix and Buchanan Materials supply high-quality aggregate and ready-mix concrete across
Southwest Missouri. We’re looking for a dependable Rock Dispatcher to keep our aggregate operation moving — coordinating loads, drivers, and customers so the right material gets to the right job on time, every time.
This is a role for someone trustworthy, organized, and calm under pressure. Our customers count on us, and we count on the person in this seat.
What You’ll Do
- Take and schedule rock and aggregate orders from customers and job sites
- Dispatch and route haul/dump truck drivers for efficient daily delivery
- Communicate clearly with drivers, the quarry, sales, and customers throughout the day
- Track loads, tickets, and delivery status from start to finish
- Solve scheduling and routing issues quickly as they come up
- Keep accurate records and help keep the operation running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Dispatching experience preferred
- Background in construction or construction-related fields a plus
- Solid computer skills to handle daily tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy — the backbone of this job
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable on the phone and with dispatch/scheduling software
- Able to stay organized and level-headed during busy stretches
Pay & Benefits
- $21.50/hour base pay
- Monday–Friday schedule
