We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join our inside sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in accurate take-offs and quoting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed take-offs from project plans and specifications.

Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for projects.

Review and analyze bid documents and project requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors for accurate pricing.

Utilize NetSuite or similar software to manage and track estimates and project data (NetSuite experience is a plus).

Work directly with clients’ quote requests.

Collaborate with sales engineers, project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.

Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and value engineering.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in performing take-offs and preparing cost estimates.

Familiarity with NetSuite or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is preferred.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, and specifications.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
