RC Logistics LLC is a growing automotive transportation company that partners with dealerships, auctions, fleet companies, and automotive businesses across the United States. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a team that values integrity, communication, and exceptional service.
This is a unique hybrid position that combines customer service, dispatching, account management, and outside sales.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Account Management
- Build strong relationships with dealership customers and carrier partners.
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Provide shipment updates and transportation solutions.
- Resolve issues quickly while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate vehicle shipments with carrier partners.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery.
- Work with transportation software to manage daily operations.
- Communicate proactively with customers and carriers to ensure successful deliveries.
Business Development
- Travel monthly to visit automobile dealerships in assigned markets.
- Introduce RC Logistics to prospective customers through in-person visits.
- Build long-term relationships with dealership owners, managers, and buyers.
- Follow up with prospects and help grow the company’s customer base.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service, logistics, automotive, or sales experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel monthly.
Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
