RMC Counseling is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an interest in integrative psychiatry, wellness medicine, and whole-person care to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to practice beyond traditional medication management and help clients achieve lasting wellness through a thoughtful combination of mental health treatment, preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and evidence-based integrative approaches.

What You'll Do
* Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management
* Develop individualized treatment plans that address both mental and physical wellness
* Collaborate closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
* Conduct follow-up appointments and ongoing patient monitoring
* Incorporate holistic and preventative health strategies when appropriate

* Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Compensation
$100–$150 per hour, depending on experience, credentials, specialties, and scope of services provided.
Qualifications
* Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
* Certification as an FNP or PMHNP
* Ability to practice independently in accordance with state regulations
* Experience in psychiatry, primary care, medication management, wellness medicine, or integrative care preferred
* Interest in holistic and functional approaches to health and mental wellness
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care
