The Role
We are expanding our field team and looking for low-voltage technicians who take ownership of their work. You will be running structured cabling, installing IP camera and access control systems, and representing Aegis on customer sites independently and at the level the work demands.
If you pull conduit like someone is going to inspect it, terminate cables like the rack matters, and leave a job site cleaner than you found it, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Install, terminate, and test structured cabling, conduit runs, and cable management systems
- Mount, aim, and commission IP camera systems (Axis and Hanwha platforms)
- Install and configure access control systems (LenelS2 experience a strong plus)
- Test and certify cable runs using Fluke or equivalent equipment
- Work from job prints and coordinate with project managers to keep installs on schedule and to spec
- Operate independently on customer sites and flag issues before they become problems
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on low-voltage installation experience; the more varied, the better
- Working knowledge of IP camera systems, specifically Axis or Hanwha
- Familiarity with access control platforms; LenelS2 preferred
- Ability to read job prints and work without step-by-step supervision
- Fluke testing and certification experience a plus
- Milestone VMS familiarity a plus, not a requirement
Entry-level candidates with the right mindset are welcome. Seasoned techs who can run a complex install independently are especially encouraged to apply.

Travel
National travel required as projects demand. Some weeks none, some weeks you are on a plane. The work drives the schedule.
