We are currently seeking School Counselors for multiple full-time, onsite opportunities with a valued school district partner throughout the Phoenix Metro Area for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Onsite school-based positions
- 2026-2027 school year assignments

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid Arizona School Counselor Certification
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience working as a School Counselor in an educational setting preferred
Pay
- $42.00-$46.00 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay: $1,680-$1,840
- Estimated Monthly Pay: $7,280-$7,973
- Competitive weekly direct deposit
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community resources to support student success.
- Assist students with academic planning, goal setting, and post-secondary readiness.
- Conduct student assessments and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions and support services.
- Respond to crisis situations and provide counseling support as needed.
- Develop and implement school counseling programs aligned with district and state guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring student confidentiality.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school climate that supports student well-being.
